Tools for improving your Cubbies program.
The biggest club I've led was 80 Cubbies. The smallest was 9 Cubbies. Whether you are a big club or a small club, these tools can help you keep each night on track. Awana recommends the ratio of Cubbie to Leader is 8:4. So even if your club is huge, you will break down the table groups to 4:1. I've seen some leaders laugh and say something like, "We had 16 Cubbies last week with 2 leaders." I caution you with those numbers. It is unsafe. You need to put your foot down with your commander and tell them that if an emergency happened, you would not be able to corral all those preschoolers. They would get scared and it would be unsafe.
